Happy Valentine’s Day!

It’s almost Valentine’s Day and that means we get to decorate Valentine boxes and hand out our favorite Valentine’s Day candy.

While we love to enjoy sweets, especially on this day, it's important to remember that many candies and food should be avoided, especially if you have braces or any other dental appliances. We suggest that you avoid caramels, gummy bears, nuts, taffy, and fruit roll-ups. And don’t forget to take care of your smile by brushing your teeth, limiting your candy intake throughout the day, and drinking plenty of water.
