Fall is here! We are getting ready for the holiday season.
With fall comes a myriad of activities to enjoy. We like roasting marshmallows, taking walks on a chilly day, finding the perfect pumpkin at the pumpkin patch, and enjoying a delicious caramel apple from Widman’s Candy Shop. What are your favorite fall activities?
Some of our favorite traditions include decorating for the holidays and leaf peeping at Itasca State Park. September and October in Grand Forks also brings not so fun duties, such as yard cleaning to prepare for winter. While we are busy raking leaves, our children are having a blast jumping into the piles!
Hands down our favorite movie for Halloween is Hocus Pocus. Of course, we need snacks during the movie to include caramel popcorn and miniature candy bars.
We’ve slowly started transitioning to our favorite fall meals such as soups, football game-day fare and appetizers galore. This year we are celebrating National Coffee Day by drinking cold brews and Americanos from our local coffee shop. As a team, we typically drink our coffees without added creamers or sugars as they are culprits in causing cavities. Most importantly we brush our teeth to avoid stains. White teeth create happy smiles.
